Slalom in Nashville is seeking a Principal Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives blending product, program, and project delivery. You’ll oversee investments and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategy, maximizing value, and guiding executive decisions.

You will partner with business, product, and tech leaders, drive governance, measurement, and risk management, and mentor a team of delivery professionals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading strategic portfolios and large-scale transformations.
• Proven track record across product management, program delivery, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of product operating models, lifecycle, and roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, tech, ops, data, and product.
• Ability to translate technology investments into business outcomes; effective with diverse stakeholders.
