Job summary

Postman is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to align product, engineering, support, and GTM teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will improve delivery processes, support launches, and synthesize customer insights into actionable roadmap items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Product Operations, Technical PM, GTM strategy in a high-growth SaaS (series C/D/E, 20%+ growth).
• 3 years as Developer/QA/Data Analyst or similar; 2+ years leading cross-functional change for 200+ engineers; 2 years with product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Align product management, engineering, customer support, and GTM teams in a fast-paced SaaS setting.
• Improve product delivery, support launches, gather feedback, maintain operational excellence across lifecycle.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer insights from multiple channels to roadmap items.
• Identify misalignment between team efforts, business strategy, and customer needs.
• Examine customer experience globally with product analytics teams.
• Segment user data and extract insights from analyses.
• Review end-to-end customer product experience.
• Streamline and improve product development and launch processes for team efficiency.
• Document norms for tool use in product management and build repeatable processes.
• Coordinate key aspects of product launches.
