Job summary

Postman is seeking a Senior Director/Director of GTM Tools & Technology to own the systems and tooling powering Postman’s entire go-to-market organization. This strategic leadership role sits at the intersection of business operations, systems architecture, and AI innovation.

You'll be the internal product owner for the GTM tech stack—from Salesforce at its core to all connected platforms across pre-sale and post-sale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM systems or revenue operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated experience owning a GTM tech stack end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define and own GTM systems strategy and roadmap across pre- and post-sale.
• Lead design and governance of Salesforce and integrations for GTM.
• Partner with executives to drive AI adoption in GTM workflows.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI for the GTM tech stack.
• Lead and develop a team of admins, analysts, and developers.
