Job summary

BDO USA, Llp is seeking a Product Operations Manager to design and improve product management processes, coach product managers, and establish operating rhythms across the lifecycle.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Business stakeholders to improve intake, prioritization, execution transparency, and outcomes. This role emphasizes project leadership, governance, and scalable delivery in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in product management, product operations, delivery/PMO, or related technology roles.
• Experience as a Product Manager, IT Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or related roles.
• Experience using a standard project management methodology.
• Experience with scrum and other agile development methods (preferred).
• Experience leading project teams and working with senior stakeholders (preferred).
• Experience in a professional services firm (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Defines product strategy, builds, and maintains product roadmaps and operating model.
• Establishes intake, discovery, prioritization, planning, delivery, release, and post-launch learning.
• Liaises with Business Line leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Oversees all aspects of IT projects and ensures success and timely delivery.
• Plans work for system implementations or upgrades and launches new features.
• Develops scope documents and statements of work; supports governance and budgets.
• Collaborates with vendors to manage project efforts and timelines.
• Leads and mentors Product Operations Analysts and PMs when needed.
