Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a product leader to drive short and long-term strategies for assigned retail private label and branded product lines. You will own product line profitability, oversee onboarding of new business and manage SKU rationalization while collaborating with cross-functional leaders across the organization.

The role requires deep experience in product management, strategic planning and pricing, with strong analytical capabilities for P&L management and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 5–7 years in product management or sales preferred.
• Experience in product management strategy, new product development techniques and retail/channel strategy.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for P&L and product line assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic vision for the product line including roadmap, growth and profitability.
• Own onboarding of new business, product transitions and SKU rationalization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing to deliver initiatives.
