Amcor seeks a Product Management leader to drive the strategic vision and profitability of Retail Private Label and Branded lines. You will own product-line strategy, oversee onboarding and SKU rationalization, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain and Marketing to maximize growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in Product Management and/or Sales preferred.
• Experience in product management strategy and new product development techniques.
• Knowledge of retail and channel strategy management.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for P&L and product line assessment for profitability & benchmarking.
• Ability to translate strategies into actions for the Sales team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the product line, including roadmap and profitability.
• Own onboarding new business, product transitions and SKU rationalization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain and Marketing to drive initiatives.
• Lead pricing strategies and manage cost-reduction opportunities to protect margins.
• Oversee existing and new business, ensuring effective product positioning and market fit.
