Amcor is seeking a strategic Product Leader to develop and execute the long-term strategy for assigned Retail Private Label and Branded product lines. You will own profitability, onboarding of new business, and SKU rationalization while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing and Supply Chain.

This role requires strong experience in product management strategy, pricing, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in business admin or related field.
• Preferred 5–7 years experience in product management and/or sales.
• Experience in product management strategy and new product development techniques.
• Knowledge of retail and channel strategy management.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for P&L and product line assessment for profitability and retailer-specific scenarios.
• Ability to design and translate effective strategies and tactics to the sales team.
• Ability to build rapport with sales and functional leadership and teams.
• Team player with ability to influence without direct authority.
• High proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with meeting facilitation.
• Ability to work well under high pressure, prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to travel (10–5%).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the product line; include roadmaps for channel and profitability.
• Provide pricing direction for new business opportunities and optimization for existing business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess strategic investments.
• Lead pricing strategies and monitor channel conflict.
• Manage new products, customer pricing, and profitability with Finance, Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Lead cross-functional teams to onboard new business and manage SKU rationalization.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Packaging Engineering on branding elements and launches.
• Ensure service needs for new, changing, or outgoing items are defined.
