Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans for assigned retail private label and branded product lines. You will own profitability, collaborate across departments, and guide onboarding of new business and SKU rationalization.

The role requires strong experience in product management, pricing, and cross-functional teamwork, with a focus on delivering profitable growth and market-leading packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 5–7 years experience in product management and/or sales preferred.
• Knowledge of retail and channel strategy management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the product line to drive growth and profitability.
• Provide product assortment and pricing direction for new opportunities and optimize existing business.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, and Marketing to support onboarding and pricing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage regulatory, compliance and quality initiatives.
