Zusammenfassung

Amcor is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Retail Private Label and Branded product lines. You will own profitability, oversee onboarding of new business, and drive SKU rationalization with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in Product Management or Sales, strong analytical skills, and a track record of effective collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize pricing and product mix.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or related field.
• Preferred 5-7 years experience in Product Management and/or Sales.
• Experience in product management strategy and new product development techniques.
• Knowledge of retail and channel strategy management.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for P&L and product line assessment.
• Ability to translate strategies and guidance to the Sales team.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the product line, including roadmap, growth and profitability.
• Lead P&L analysis for new and existing business proposals; manage pricing and margins.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain and Sales on cost and opportunity analyses.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Packaging Engineering for branded and private label launches.
