Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a Product Manager, P4, to own the Mechanical Power Conversion (MPC) Pump product line within the Engine Control Systems (ECS). You will drive lifecycle strategy, financial performance, and customer outcomes, owning the roadmap and chairing IPTs for cost, schedule, and delivery.

Travel up to 10% is required. Responsibilities include delivering commitments, negotiating with customers, and leading cross-functional teams to balance cost, schedule, and

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience with program management systems including manpower planning, program scheduling, cost controls and earned value management.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing techniques and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for customer commitments including deliveries and KPIs.
• Manage changes to the product(s) in the product line or family.
• Collaborate across ECS product lines to support customers.
• Regularly influence and negotiate to meet enterprise commitments.
• Lead complex teams with matrixed responsibilities.
• Be accountable for key financial and product performance metrics.
• Lead IPTs decision making and apply critical thinking with incomplete data.
• Develop networks and communicate vision to IPT and stakeholders.
• Plan, direct, and monitor collateral budget.
• Provide inputs to the Strategic and Financial Plan for their product scope.
• Travel up to 10%.
