Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Product Manager (P4) for the Mechanical Power Conversion (MPC) Pump within the Engine Control Systems portfolio. You will own the product roadmap, manage cost, schedule, and performance, and chair the IPT to ensure on-time delivery and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include overseeing commitments, collaborating across ECS product lines, and guiding strategic and financial planning inputs. Travel up to 10% may be required for this onsite role in Rockford, IL.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree (or advanced degree) with years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under the program/contract.
• Experience in program or product management is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from development to production.
• Lead IPTs and coordinate across ECS product lines.
• Negotiate and influence to meet enterprise commitments.
• Plan, direct, and monitor collateral budget.
• Develop and communicate product vision to stakeholders.
