Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and optimization of retail corporate systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to enhance planning tools and forecasting, driving data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management within retail tech, and deep experience with enterprise merchandising planning systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field.
5+ years of product or program management experience in retail-focused businesses.
Experience as a merchant buyer, planner or allocator or using tool sets enabling this function (O9, Blue Yonder, JDA, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan).

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for merchandising planning systems.
Collaborate with merchandising, planning, inventory and supply chain teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrades and integration of merchandising planning systems.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key merchandising and inventory KPIs and leverage forecasting techniques.
Train users and drive change management for system implementations.
