Job summary

This role functions as a thought leader, interacts with peers and leadership, and drives the POL process and product launches.

You will oversee profitability, pricing, forecasts, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, research, manufacturing, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• MBA – Preferred.
• 7+ years in product management, marketing or related role.
• Experience leading distributor, channel partner, or indirect sales relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in strategic product marketing and platform definition.
• Develop and monitor product profitability, pricing, and lifecycle strategy.
• Oversee new product launches and cross-functional collaboration with sales, research, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with POL process, situational analysis, and marketing communications to drive campaigns.
