Qualifications

• Experience in software product management, product ownership, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile development practices, and backlog prioritization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers, partners, executives, and technical teams.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and turning them into actionable product plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to act in ambiguity.

• Willingness to travel to support customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Lead capabilities from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with development and design to manage backlogs and requirements.
• Work with sales, marketing, customer success, and services to deliver outcomes.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for trends and opportunities.
• Build relationships with external partners and technology providers.
• Support product launches with positioning, messaging, and demos.
• Represent i2 at industry events and customer meetings.
• Use data and insights to evaluate performance and guide investments.
