Job summary

OP is a technology consulting and solutions company seeking a Product Manager to partner with HR, Recruitment, Workforce Operations, Labor, Technology, and Engineering to translate complex business needs into prioritized requirements and delivery-ready stories.

You will own backlogs, refine requirements, support candidate and Crew Member workflows, and help drive testing, deployment readiness, and post-launch stabilization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting HR, recruitment, onboarding, or workforce processes.
• Strong requirements, process analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience with Agile backlogs and software engineering collaboration.
• Familiarity with HR/workforce platforms (Workday helpful but not required).

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize backlogs for initiatives, enhancements, and operational needs.
• Translate business processes into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support capabilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, employment docs, visa, and workforce admin.
• Maintain understanding of candidate and Crew Member journeys and handoffs.
• Define data transmission requirements across Workday and other systems.
• Lead backlog refinement, product decisions, and release planning.
• Support testing, deployment readiness, communications, and post-launch stabilization.
• Provide stakeholders with visibility into priorities, risks, and delivery progress.
• Use AI tools to improve requirements, documentation, testing support, and delivery efficiency.
