Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a world-renowned leader in the travel and leisure sector to deliver a product focused on HR and workforce operations. You will drive requirements, backlogs, and stakeholder alignment across Recruitment, Onboarding, and Workforce Administration, influencing the employee journey from start to finish.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, cross-functional collaboration with HR, Recruitment, Workforce Operations, and Technology teams, and ensuring delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, or related field.
• Experience supporting HR, recruitment, onboarding, workforce management, or operational tech.
• Strong requirements, backlog management, and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize backlogs for initiatives and operations.
• Translate processes into requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employment docs, visa processes, and workforce administration.
• Understand end-to-end candidate and employee journeys and handoffs.
• Maintain candidate and employee portals and data integrations across systems.
• Define data transmission requirements across Workday and other systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering to refine requirements and delivery readiness.
• Lead backlog refinement, decision-making, and release planning.
• Support testing, validation, deployment readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
• Provide stakeholders with visibility on priorities, scope, risks, and progress.
• Leverage AI tools to improve requirements, documentation, testing, and delivery.
