Job summary

Stand Together seeks a Senior HR Technology Product Manager to partner with HR leadership and IT, shaping strategy for HRIS (UKG) and related systems across recruiting, learning, performance, and reporting.

You will translate priorities into clear system roadmaps, governance, and execution plans, ensuring data reliability and scalable solutions within a values-driven PBM framework. The role intersects People, Enterprise Applications, and Data to reduce friction and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise technology platforms such as ERP, HRIS, or similar ecosystems.
• Technical foundation that informs product thinking across HR tech.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into system strategy and governance.
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and data teams.
• Proven ability to stabilize and improve partially built tech implementations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and principled judgment in fast-moving environments.
• Commitment to Stand Together's PBM culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT partner for HR technology and roadmap.
• Assess current HR tech ecosystem, identify gaps and ownership.
• Define POV docs for HR systems and tech landscape.
• Run intake and prioritization model for HR tech work.
• Coordinate changes, testing, and releases with stakeholders.
• Align HR system and data architecture with IT teams.
• Support data reliability, analytics, and AI enablement initiatives.
• Apply governance principles for reliable HR tech environment.
