Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of product leadership experience.
• Product Management experience spanning both service/support technology including supply chain systems (WMS, inventory planning, demand forecasting, ERP).
• Familiarity with forecasting and inventory optimization methodologies (safety stock, demand sensing, replenishment algorithms).
• Comfort with data-heavy product decisions — reading dashboards, working with data science/analytics partners, defining KPIs for service and supply chain outcomes.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment, partnering with engineering, operators and business stakeholders across distinct functions.

Responsibilities

• Partners with functional and technical leaders to identify and plan capabilities necessary to meet short and long-term business needs.
• Develops and executes strategic plans in support of key objectives in a timely and fiscally responsible manner.
• Drives strategic alignment between products in order to provide a seamless user experience across the enterprise.
• Implements robust processes and frameworks for product management, ensuring continuous assessment and refinement to optimize efficiency, quality, and timely execution.
• Acts as a key liaison for product management initiatives, providing updates and insights to senior leadership on progress, effectiveness, and strategic direction.
• Oversees product development by monitoring performance, directing team efforts, and addressing issues to ensure alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
• Attracts, retains, develops, and motivates product management talent, providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching to direct reports, and conducting annual and mid-year reviews.
