Job summary

Agero is seeking a Product Manager in Texas to lead and execute cross-functional product initiatives over the next 3–12 months. You will own the product lifecycle from requirements to launch, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, conducting market research, and guiding beta programs. A strong background in product management within CRM or high-tech settings is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–7 years of Product Management experience in service/high-tech/CRM.
• Experience building and leading teams; ability to analyze market trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and define product requirements.
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams (eng, sales, marketing, support).
• Run beta programs, gather feedback, and iterate on products.
• Conduct quantitative/qualitative research to inform decisions.
