Job summary

Agero in the United States is hiring a Product Manager to drive multiple initiatives over the next 3–12 months. You will own the product lifecycle, define requirements, coordinate with engineering, sales, and marketing, and ensure successful launches that meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

You will work with internal partners to translate business questions into projects, develop roadmaps, and test hypotheses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4-7 years Product Management experience within service, high tech or advanced CRM applications preferred.
• 3 years of progressively increasing project or management experience and responsibilities.
• Experience building and managing teams is a plus and analyzing trends and market developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product initiatives over the next 3–12 months.
• Owns the product launch and full lifecycle management, including partnerships and pricing.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements; translate business questions into projects.
• Develop the product roadmap, prioritize features, and build consensus with stakeholders.
• Run beta and pilot programs and conduct product demos to internal associates and clients.
