Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 4-7 years Product Management experience within the service industry, high tech or advanced CRM applications preferred.
• 3 years of progressively increasing project or management experience and responsibilities. Experience building and managing teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product initiatives over the next 3–12 months and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Own the product launch and full lifecycle management, including partnerships, requirements, pricing and revenue goals.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements; translate strategic questions into projects or analysis.
• Develop the product roadmap, prioritize features, build consensus and set expectations with stakeholders.
• Define methods and metrics for success, and iterate quickly based on learnings.
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and enhancements and perform client demos as needed.
