Job summary

Agero in the United States (Texas) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and deliver complex product initiatives over the next 3–12 months. You will drive launches, manage the full lifecycle, and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and support to meet revenue and customer goals.

Role requires 4–7 years in product management, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate strategic questions into actionable projects within a fast-paced service/high-tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4-7 years Product Management experience within the service industry, high tech or advanced CRM applications preferred.
• 3 years of progressively increasing project or management experience and responsibilities.
• Experience building and managing teams is a plus.
• Experience analyzing trends and market developments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and executes complex product initiatives for 3–12 months.
• Delivers high quality products on time and within budget that meet defined goals.
• Owns product launch and full lifecycle management including partnerships and pricing.
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Understanding the competitive marketplace and trends; develop a business case.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
