Job summary

Agero in the United States is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead multi-functional product initiatives over the next 3–12 months. You will own the product lifecycle, gather customer requirements, and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and support to meet revenue and satisfaction goals.

The role requires 4–7 years in product management, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–7 years Product Management experience within service/high-tech/CRM domain preferred.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and delivering products end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex product initiatives over 3–12 months.
• Own product launch and lifecycle management including partnerships and pricing.
• Develop and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps; work with engineering, sales, marketing and support.
