Job summary

Agero is looking for a Product Manager to lead multi-functional teams in delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, partnering with engineering, sales, and marketing to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

The role requires 4–7 years in product management within tech or CRM environments, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong strategic thinking and communication skills. Onsite in Texas with travel for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4-7 years Product Management experience in tech, CRM, or services preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full lifecycle of products.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product initiatives for 3–12 months.
• Own product launch, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to meet revenue goals.
• Define requirements, test plans, and success metrics.
• Conduct market research and build a business case for partnerships.
