Penske Transportation Solutions is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products powering transportation and logistics services. You will own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization, partnering with engineering, design, and data to solve meaningful customer problems.

This office-first role is based in Reading, PA with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence at least four days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital, SaaS, or platform environments.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Strong experience in product discovery, including customer research and experimentation.
• Ability to define product strategy and translate ambiguous problems into priorities and plans.
• Experience with modern product operating models and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned to customer needs and Penske's objectives.
• Lead product discovery with customer interviews, research, and data analysis.
• Partner with engineering and design to validate solutions and prioritize backlog.
• Collaborate with data, operations, and business stakeholders to align on priorities.
• Own product performance metrics and drive iterative optimization.
