Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products that power our transportation and logistics services. You will own the full product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery and optimization—and be accountable for measurable business and customer outcomes.

Based in Reading, PA, this role requires collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams to validate solutions and continuously improve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
5+ years of product management experience in digital, SaaS, or platform-based environments with end-to-end ownership.
Proven track record of delivering measurable business and customer outcomes, not just feature delivery.
Experience with product discovery, including customer research, problem validation, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

Define product vision aligned to customer needs and Penske's strategic objectives.
Develop and evolve a product strategy and roadmap grounded in outcomes.
Lead a cross-functional product team with engineering and design.
Translate strategy into backlog items and guide agile delivery.
Monitor product health with data and analytics and drive continuous improvement.
