You will drive design, development, and delivery of scalable SaaS solutions, collaborating with Product, Data, UX/UI, QA, and Infrastructure to ensure high quality, maintainable products. You will guide architectural decisions, participate in discovery, and lead engineering efforts across the full product lifecycle, while mentoring engineers and ensuring delivery against business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent with 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with SaaS or digital products.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation for medium to large digital initiatives.
• Mentor engineers; conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Teams, UX/UI, QA, and Infra.
