Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of product management in digital, SaaS, or platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned to customer needs and Penske’s objectives.
• Develop and evolve a product strategy and roadmap grounded in outcomes.
• Lead ongoing product discovery with customer interviews and data analysis.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to validate solutions and iterate.
• Translate strategy into prioritized backlogs and guide agile delivery.
