Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned to customer needs and Penske’s objectives.
• Develop a product strategy and roadmap grounded in outcomes with clear success metrics.
• Lead ongoing product discovery with customer interviews, field research, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to rapidly test, validate, and iterate on solutions.
• Translate strategy into defined problems and prioritize the backlog for agile delivery.
