Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management or related roles.
• Experience with digital products from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Roadmaps, backlog management, and writing requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Ability to use data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Balancing customer needs, business priorities, and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Collaboration with engineering, design, data, and operations.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable objectives.
• Identify customer and operational needs through research and data analysis.
• Translate opportunities into requirements, features, and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, QA, and Operations.
• Lead discovery with market research, interviews, and concept validation.
• Establish KPIs and evaluate performance, adoption, and ROI.
• Coordinate launches and go-to-market with Marketing and Support.
• Monitor post-launch performance and seek improvements in usability and value.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance.
