Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of digital products for a large enterprise. This remote contract role partners with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes and clear product value.

You will set a vision, translate needs into priorities, guide discovery through launch, and monitor post-launch performance while ensuring security, privacy, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable objectives aligned with business priorities.
• Identify customer, associate, and operational needs through research and data analysis.
• Translate opportunities into requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value and effort.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, QA, and Operations.
• Lead discovery through market research, interviews, and concept validation.
• Establish KPIs and use product data to evaluate ROI.
• Make prioritization decisions using data, insights, and technical considerations.
• Collaborate with Agile teams during refinement and sprints.
• Define MVPs and gather feedback to adjust priorities.
• Coordinate launches and go-to-market with Marketing and Support.
• Monitor post-launch performance and improve usability and value.
• Identify and manage product risks and delivery constraints.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance.
• Communicate progress and risks to teams and leadership.
• Manage lifecycle activities including modernization and retirement.
• Stay informed on customer expectations and industry trends.
