Job summary

Phase2 Technology seeks a Product Lifecycle Manager with a strong nuclear medicine/clinical physics background to drive strategic planning, roadmapping, and portfolio optimization across the product lifecycle. This role partners with Sales, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to align on strategy and delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, gather VOC, define objectives, and coordinate S&OP, pricing, and go-to-market activities to deliver value and maintain margins.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nuclear Medicine, Physics, or related field.
• At least three years of experience as a Clinical Physicist.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and roadmapping for product lines.
• Coordinate with PMO, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and other teams to ensure timely, compliant development and launch.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and VOC insights for roadmaps and product requirements.
• Optimize product portfolio, pricing, and sustaining engineering spend to maximize margins and value.
