Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years in cross-functional leadership roles.
• 5+ years in sales, operations, engineering, or technical support.
• Financial acumen with responsibility for financial success of a business or project.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive long-term planning and strategy for Nuclear Growth (SMRs, Advanced Nuclear Technologies, Pressurized Water Reactors).
• Cultivate executive-level and working-level customer relationships; develop strategic partnerships for full-scope project solutions.
• Lead product line annual planning and drive accountability across functions.
• Lead NPIs, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation; coordinate with stakeholders for commercial success.
