Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead multiple sponsored product initiatives from concept to post-launch analysis. You will interface with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to ensure clear communication, alignment, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2-4 years of PM experience, 4-8 years in regulated medical/pharma settings, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum. Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (scientific or technical), or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred (regulated medical and/or pharmaceutical field).
• 2-4 years of proven project management experience, preferred with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PM certification (PMP, CSM) or other relevant project management certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with external clients or partners in a project management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external sponsors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with strategy and revenue goals.
• Develops and manages detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying risks and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and accountability across teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes and tools.
• Track progress, report milestones, and conduct post-mortems to capture lessons learned.
