Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 4-8 years of experience in regulated medical/pharmaceutical setting preferred
• 2-4 years of proven project management experience, with track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management software and Excel; data-driven decision making
• Experience working with external clients or partners in project management capacity
• Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools relevant to advertising performance

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple sponsored product projects from concept through launch and post-launch analysis
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external sponsors, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with strategy and revenue goals
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; identify and mitigate risks
• Foster cross-functional collaboration; keep all parties informed, engaged, and accountable
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize PM processes, tools, and best practices
• Track progress, report milestones, and conduct post-mortems to inform future initiatives
• Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with brand and technical specs
