Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Product Management Leader for the PCR Infrastructure portfolio to shape strategy and lead a team of PMs. You will own why, what, and when, collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and global sales to drive a high-impact communications ecosystem.

You will define the product vision, manage roadmaps, and oversee releases, go-to-market support, and performance metrics while guiding a diverse, multi-continental team toward profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA or other graduate degree.
• 10+ years progressive technology experience in engineering or product planning/marketing.
• Experience leading and scaling product management teams.
• Strong ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and strategy with clear roadmaps.
