Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Product Management Leader for the PCR Infrastructure portfolio to shape strategy, mentor a team of PMs, and drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, supply chain and global sales.

You will own the why, what and when—defining the product vision, managing roadmaps and releases, and ensuring market success across enterprise and public safety segments. This role requires strategic leadership and strong collaboration across continents.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise and public safety markets.
• Proven track record launching products internationally.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern DevOps.
• Knowledge of MOTOTRBO or DMR standards.
• Proficient in agile product management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for PCR Infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain and global sales to deliver releases.
• Drive GTM assets, training and post-launch support.
