Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology, to drive go-to-market strategy across Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios. You will shape strategy and hands-on create collateral, campaigns, and launches in a highly visible role.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, distill complex products into clear value messages, and own end-to-end activation from strategy to execution, partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing.
• Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing is a plus.
• Experience with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus, esp. public safety/defense tech.
• Strong communication skills with a data-driven, consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Define and own technology partnership marketing strategy, including alliance prioritization; build scalable governance.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that demonstrate partner ecosystem value to customers and partners.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market across Public Safety, Video, and Defense sectors.
• Craft messaging and positioning for integrated solutions and AI-driven capabilities.
• Define target audience, pain points, and white space opportunities.
• Develop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
