Job summary

Armacell is seeking a Product Manager in Charlotte, NC to own product strategy across Advanced Insulation and Component Foams. You’ll translate customer needs and market trends into actionable roadmaps, drive lifecycle decisions, and partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to accelerate growth and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of product management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence across a global, matrixed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of product management, marketing or related experience in foam, polymer, industrial materials or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage products through full lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product and portfolio strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Maintain product roadmaps informed by customer needs and market trends.
• Lead lifecycle decisions including new introductions, extensions and end-of-life.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for successful product launches.
