Target in Oregon is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive a data-driven product strategy and set OKRs for the product area. You will oversee a cross-functional roadmap, aligning customer value with business goals and ensuring stakeholder alignment across teams.

You will collaborate with UX, engineering, and analytics to translate insights into outcomes, manage P&L impacts, and influence enterprise decisions with strong communication.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in consumer data and CDP applications.
• Experience with CRM, virtual advertising, loyalty, personalization, or customer analytics preferred.
• Experience facilitating communication between enterprise and cloud teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence peers, stakeholders, and leaders.
• Professional experience operating in an agile environment (storytelling, iterative development, scrum, sprints, personas).
• Ability to define and pursue a product strategy, set OKRs, and drive enterprise results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of a comprehensive product strategy and set key business targets (OKRs) for your product area.
• Leverage product expertise, customer feedback, KPIs, analytics, and other data to evaluate value, develop business cases, and prioritize product direction and outcomes.
• Act as the voice of the product to all stakeholders, advocating the product’s needs and ensuring alignment.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing customer topics, technical needs, and design requirements.
• Make final decisions on scope and prioritization relative to the product backlog.
• Create and control product objectives, key results, metrics, and associated P&L impacts.
• Oversee progress against backlogs, ensuring work aligns with the product strategy and delivers maximum value.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, and other functions to drive cross‑functional alignment.
