Job summary

AF Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape product strategy across multi-line commercial insurance, act as a trusted underwriting expert, and drive new market development.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop programs and guidelines, and influence enterprise-wide practices to improve profitability and growth. Travel and remote collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Ten years of commercial property and casualty multi-line underwriting and product management/development experience.
• Progress toward or completion of industry designations preferred.
• Residency in Eastern and Central Time Zones encouraged/preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and analyzes markets, underwriting trends and regulatory changes; provides recommendations for profitable growth.
• Develops, implements and monitors underwriting policies and governance practices across units.
• Leads new market and product development with business cases and cross-functional coordination.
• Drafts training, programs and presentations at business-unit level and above.
• Supports enterprise cost containment and due diligence initiatives.
