Job summary

You will act as a technical underwriting expert, guide pricing and risk selection, and collaborate with underwriting, product management and enterprise units to deliver innovative products, governance, and scalable processes that support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Math, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum ten years of commercial property and casualty underwriting and product management experience.
• Experience with corporate underwriting consultative roles or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify markets, underwriting trends and regulatory changes; produce reports for profitable growth.
• Develop and monitor divisional underwriting policies, workflows and governance.
• Lead new market and product development, including business cases and implementation plans.
• Draft products, guidelines and letters of authority for new programs.
