Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Math, Finance or related field.
• Progress towards or completion of CIC/AU/CPCU preferred.

• Identify, evaluate and manage markets, underwriting trends and regulatory changes.
• Develop and monitor underwriting policies, workflows and governance.
• Lead cross-functional product development and new market initiatives.
• Draft training and present at unit and divisional levels.
• Provide expert underwriting guidance to stakeholders on inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with enterprise units to support cost containment and due diligence.
