AF Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape product strategy for multi-line commercial insurance, driving market development and meaningful product innovation. You will serve as a trusted underwriting expert guiding pricing, risk selection and program design across business units.

You will partner with underwriting, product and enterprise teams to build scalable processes, ensure governance, and deliver training and cross-functional initiatives that support profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive underwriting/product management experience.
• Progress toward CIC/AU/CPCU preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of multi-line commercial property and casualty.

Responsabilités

• Identifies markets, analyzes underwriting trends and regulatory changes.
• Develops and enforces underwriting policies, procedures and governance.
• Leads product development, market strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Delivers training and presentations to business units and management.
• Advises stakeholders on underwriting questions, audits and bureau inquiries.
• Supports enterprise cost containment and due-diligence efforts.
• Manages complex reinsurance considerations and policy wording reviews.
• Maintains confidentiality and collaborates across time zones.
