Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the Anthem UX platform, guiding roadmap and execution from ideation to profitability while aligning with NA business goals.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, partners and marketing to deliver software and integrated hardware solutions for fueling and EV charging applications, while expanding market share and ensuring customer value.

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience in software/hardware or SaaS platforms.
BS/BA required or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of retail fueling industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap for Anthem UX platform and related fuel dispenser and EV charger applications and integrations.
Manage revenue and margin for the product portfolio, including pricing.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand market needs and product positioning.
Establish relationships with key accounts and market segments, actively seeking VOC and product feedback.
Oversee product portfolio lifecycle from definition through End-of-Life; monitor performance and optimize accordingly.
Collaborate with commercial sales, forecasting, win/loss, and competitive analysis; report to executives on progress.
