Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Austin, TX is hiring a Product Manager for Payment Solutions. You will own enterprise-level payment and loyalty initiatives, gather requirements, analyze markets, plan and implement features across North America, and align roadmaps with DFS strategic objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with partners and customers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth and profitability through innovative payment solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or engineering experience in payments ecosystem.
• Minimum two years of regional accountability for a product portfolio.
• Experience with PCI and EMV certification.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the regional payment roadmap, including market requirements and compliance.
• Gather voice of customer inputs to drive product adoption and revenue.
• Drive program increments and prioritize engineering work with other product leaders.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on value proposition, GTM materials and training.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.
• Package and price products using data from customers, sales, and market intelligence.
