Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management for Anthem UX, a leading customer experience platform in the fueling industry. You will define the product roadmap, align with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, and drive features from ideation to market success.

This role requires strong leadership and strategic market insight. Hybrid work environment, collaboration with global teams, and accountability for revenue and margin are key.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant product management experience (software/hardware SaaS platforms).
• BS/BA required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and define strategy for Anthem UX platform and related applications.
• Create product roadmap and plan to deliver revenue and profit objectives.
• Manage portfolio revenue, margin, and pricing.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Establish relationships with key accounts and solicit VOE for product feedback.
• Oversee product lifecycle from definition to End-of-Life and optimize portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with commercial sales, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
• Provide training and sales support; develop product literature and web content.
