Dover Fueling Solutions, headquartered in Austin, TX, is seeking a Product Manager for Payment Solutions. This hybrid role focuses on enterprise-level payment and loyalty, partnering with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver scalable features across North America.

You will define the product roadmap, perform market analysis, and lead cross-functional efforts including engineering, marketing, and sales to optimize growth and profitability in a rapidly evolving payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or engineering experience in payments.
• Regional accountability for a product portfolio for North America is preferred.
• Understanding of PCI and EMV certification requirements for payment platforms.
• Familiarity with POS functionality and fuels industry context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the payment roadmap for the North America region, including market requirements and compliance.
• Gather Voice of Customer input from internal/external sources to guide adoption and revenue opportunities.
• Drive engineering priorities via Program Increment planning and coordinate dependencies with other product teams.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to develop value propositions, GTM materials, and training for go-to-market.
