Job summary

ANS in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Senior Product Manager (servant leader) to drive the strategic vision and execution of a software platform for sustainable energy design. You will collaborate with VP of Product, Director of Software, and other leaders to deliver a market-ready product.

You will own the backlog, refine user stories, and partner with engineering, QE, DevOps, and UX to reduce toil, improve quality, and expand market share.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in an agile software environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Master’s degree would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment.
• Act as Product Owner in agile ceremonies (planning, demos, retros, stand-ups) to unblock the team.
• Influence and drive change from Alpha deployment to GA, building excitement for adoption.
• Leverage data and KPIs to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Stay abreast of new technologies; pilot AI concepts and prototypes with the development team.
