Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a Business Analyst to partner on complex cross-enterprise implementations of new products and enhancements critical to account retention, relevancy, and regulatory initiatives.

The role collaborates with business and technology partners to take projects from business case analysis through implementation, guides planning, requirements gathering, and cost/resource estimates, and develops deliverables and stakeholder presentations throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation or project management.
• Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
• Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working independently and in group settings and responding to rapidly changing priorities.
• Experience identifying risks and issues and creating mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner on complex cross-enterprise implementations of new products or product enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to take the project from business case analysis through implementation.
• Drive planning, requirements gathering and cost/resource estimate breakdowns.
• Create deliverables and presentations that further team understanding and implementation efforts, proactively communicating with stakeholders, and raising and mitigating risks and issues.
• Monitor compliance and conformity to industry and HCSC standards and processes, with a continual focus on improving efficiencies, processes and documentation.
